Baldwin Youth Football offers fall tackle football for grades 3rd through 6th. Grade levels may be combined at the boards discretion to ensure each team has an adequate number of players. Through KCFC games will be played at Heritage Park in Olathe, Kansas.

Baldwin Youth Athletics Tackle Football is dedicated to providing a safe, competitive, and positive football experience for student-athletes in 3rd through 6th grade. Our mission is to develop not only football players, but confident young leaders who learn teamwork, discipline, accountability, and perseverance.
We are committed to growing the game of football in Baldwin City while creating a culture where every athlete feels valued, challenged, and supported.

PROGRAM DETAILS
Baldwin Youth Athletics competes in the Kansas City Football Conference (KCFC), providing our athletes the opportunity to compete against programs from across the Kansas City metro area while representing Baldwin with pride, sportsmanship, and toughness.
League: Kansas City Football Conference (KCFC)
Season: August - October
Practices: 3-4 times per week
Games: Saturdays
Grades: 3rd - 6th Grade
Registration Fee: $325 Includes:

• Certified Riddell Shoulder Pads

SAFETY FIRST
The safety and well-being of our athletes is our top priority.
Our program follows USA Football’s Heads Up Football® principles, emphasizing:
• Proper tackling and blocking techniques • Concussion awareness and education • Equipment fitting and safety • Heat and hydration protocols • Age-appropriate player development • Positive coaching practices
All coaches complete required certifications and training to help create a safe and supportive environment for every player.

BULLDOG BUDDY PROGRAM
Baldwin Youth Athletics proudly partners with Baldwin High School to create a unique mentoring pipeline for our youth. Our signature Bulldog Buddy Program pairs each of our athletes with a Baldwin High School football player.
The bonds go both ways. Our athletes host team dinners, tailgate during BHS games, and even run out onto the field with the high school players. In turn, BHS athletes serve as role models by assisting at camps, attending practices, and encouraging our young Bulldogs throughout the season.
It’s a true community partnership that helps inspire the next generation of Bulldogs while creating lasting relationships throughout the Baldwin football family.
